Perhaps the demise of brick and mortar retails is premature. I fell into The Audio Centre West on the strong recommendation of a radio host whose music knowledge I fully respect. The time and attention I was given was far beyond anything I have experienced at the box stores, and the product knowledge is not even comparable. If you are in the market for any audio equipment, this is the place, for both value and service. James and Liam are simply the best!!!

The guys at Audio Centre Ouest are awesome. We bought some fantastic Sony tvs on their recommendations and couldn’t be happier. The sound and picture quality are gorgeous….they really know their stuff. And the service is fantastic, units were delivered promptly and on-time, assembled and all the technical fine tuning as far as apps, picture quality and sound were 1000%. I’ve known Leam and James for a long while. These guys are the top in their business. The Audio Centre Ouest is a model of how to run a business and treat customers. They KNOW their stuff and won’t sell you something you don’t need. In particular, James’ skills for explaining technology in simple ways is amazing. Both James and Liam are at the top of their game. One can buy audio and tv equipment almost anywhere but top notch tech knowhow and service really sets these guys apart. Today that is critical. James guided us through the selection of a tv for a living room with a lot of light and did a super installation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
